I had the great pleasure of meeting a girl making big impacts - Hannah Fallon. 

I've worked with Karen Barbour of The Barbour Group for several years, and she leads a non-profit called Party For A Cure (often referred to as PFAC), which benefits individuals with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related life threatening diseases that limit strength and mobility. Together, we can help free kids and adults from the harm of these muscle debilitating diseases by funding research breakthroughs across diseases, caring for individuals from day one, and empowering families with services and support in our hometowns.

And it was all inspired by one young woman: Hannah Fallon. Her beautiful spirit brought a community together and began what we now call Party For A Cure.

Karen invited me to photograph the newly renovated Fallon Home, as well as some nice portraits of Hannah enjoying the renovations which have given her more freedom to enjoy life. Hannah is Super-Amazing, I loved meeting her and you can see why so many people came together to help.
