The drug epidemic is becoming more and more prevalent in our communities, and so important that we take action. One of the wonderful events that support our community members and help to spread awareness is the annual Drug Overdose & Prevention Vigil. This year it was held at the Scott Theater on the Carroll Community College campus, and the turnout was so strong. So many people are feeling the effects of this epidemic, and the vigil was a safe place to remember, together, what is important. Thank you to the Carroll County State's Attorney Office for hosting this event each year, and for asking me to document it for you.
